If you would like to order a Mezuzah from Harvard Chabad, please complete the form below.

You can either pick up your Mezuzah from the Chabad office or have the Rabbi come to your residence to assist you with properly affixing and reciting the blessing. Once you place your order, please be in touch with our office to arrange a time for either.

If you would like to pay at pickup by cash or check, please contact our office to place your order.
